Case 1: A cosmetics manufacturer entries international market
The company wanted to scale up its business by exploring international markets.
Request: developing a marketing strategy, adapting products to comply with the international market requirements, EU market research and export strategy designing.
What we achieved: developed a business plan, prepared a grant application and provided consultations throughout the project implementation period, including reporting to the grantor.

Request: LLC “CeDePe” strived to improve the quality of its services and obtain the internationally recognised ISO 9001:2015 certificate. For this, the company needed financial support.
What we achieved: CeDePe applied to the Department of Economic Policy of the Lviv Regional Administrative Organization and participated in the business voucher support competition within the Lviv Region Business Support Program framework. We prepared all the necessary documentation and proved the importance of obtaining the certificate to increase our competitiveness.
Result: LLC “CeDePe” won a UAH 50,000 grant from the LMR Foundation. We used these funds to conduct a certification audit and obtain the ISO 9001:2015 certificate.
